Tyrolean Downhill – Mt Rose Highway – Reno – Tahoe – Nevada Great Basin Bicycles

This mountain bike trail ride is a local favorite. The downhill is not that technical, but it has lots of rock features on the side of the trail that can make this ride as technical as you want. It starts in Mt. Rose Meadows on Highway 431 just out of Reno Nevada. It also offers great views of Lake Tahoe. Normally done as a shuttle, but the XC rider can loop the ride. For the free GPS map and written directions for this ride and many others, go to : www.greatbasinbicyces.com and go to the “trail maps” page. The bike in the video is a Canondale Judge
